shotgun barrel for the titan



titan singled, soon to be painted by a professional. (woot)



Titan barrel with spiral and linear ports.




Maverick with cosmitic barrel (only for use as a prop, it prevents the darts from firing) and without the cosmetic barrel.


Longshot with the stock extended and cosmetic barrel on.



Same, without all that.cosmetic stuff.

*edit* forgot my nightfinder/ pocket strike integration.

Crap that is a big barrel on your titan Zephod. Nice mods, question whats the range on the pocket strike?

The big barrel on the titan is actually still too short, that's why it's ported so much. I don't know of you can tell from the picture, but the cuts are about three and a half inches long. Without them my darts spin wildy out of control. The ranges on the pocket strike (the gun integrated with the nf) are really bad, maybe 20 feet. It's more there for intimidation/ if somebody rushes me i always have it primed, so I won't be caught off-guard.

What kind of paint do you use?

If you happen to be asking me, the answer is plain old acrylic, which has always been my favorite. The I sprayed the whole thing with a Rustoleum sealant thing that bonds well to plastic.

I have to say I'm really impressed by the beautiful simplicity of this gun. When I would normally want to shoot someone for posting a black gun as if they did the world a favor, this is something unique. The wear and tear combined with the cosmetic mods make this a truly awesome piece. Good job man, I've love to see more guns in the vein of this come out of you in the future.

Jrod, I like the camo job you did, its really clean, and thats what impresses me most in a paint job, aside from good color selection.

Theres some decent guns recently, but it seems like ever since the newest batch of people came in, this thread has stopped being about painting and mods, but more of "Look, I can spraypaint my gun black too". No offense to anyone, but lets show some more class people. I know I'm relatively new myself, like 8 months or so, and I really have no clout here, but its just an honest request from one forumer to the next.

This is my Longshot(Duh) but I like to call it my AR43 like in Perfect Dark since it looks like it. Too bad its a rifle not an assalt rifle. Its all self-explanitory. So what do ya'll think about it? I covered the front with cardboard and did the 12 mag mod. It my best primary next to my CPVC RF20.

I just made this today.

My chest armor with 3 ammo holders made out of CPVC.

I'm in the process of getting rid of the air restrictors and a piece broke
It's the piece that holds that metal rod in on the "cocker" so i think i might be screwed
I tryed model glue, cause thats all i had at the time, and if that doesn't work i'm gonna get some superglue or epoxy

That happened to me. To fix it I took a thin piece of spare plastic and glued it across the gap between the two supports and to the body of the cocking mechanism. Then I sanded down the gun body so the larger chunk of plastic would fit in the track. I have about 100 shots under my belt with the repair and no problems as of yet.

fixed it the lazy way

I bought a new one and changed out the "cockers"
now i need some subway straws and more model paint, a spray gun would be useful.
I still haven't decided on a paintjob, but i think i'll do the chamber end silver, and make it black white silver, and maybe some gold, i might battle scar it, this might take awhile to finish because i don't have any funds atm, i spent it on a 360 and am in debt now -.-

My pump shotgun. I bought the turreted one, only to discover the turret's inherent crappiness. Here it is singled with a longshot spring added. It gets approximately 90-100 ft flat. I am thinking of reinforcing it and adding a 3B spring also. It's barrel is 19/32 brass nested in PVC which acts as a coupler for PETG and 9/16 brass.

P.S. I know the barrel is crooked.

Dayko, you'd do well to add more ammo holders. Three isn't worth the trouble of putting them on there. Also, it wasn't real clear waht your post was about. Were you just displaying your "chest armor" or was the gun part of it too? If it was, you should add more pictures to show the gun itself.

Yeah I still need too work on the armor some more. The gun was just for show, if you want to know what it is it's the Big Blast.
