By the way, Moz, love the Assault Rifle (in my most humble opinion the greatest form of Spartan weaponry),
but is that by any chance a lego tire you used to bridge the gap between the recon barrel and the plasma rifle thingy? Love the ingenuity.

My At2k, I didn't plug the pump or do a pen mod, so this is pretty much silent but still gets respectable ranges from 40-50ft. May get a paintjob or plug the pump but not in the near future.

Salindin_naz: Those are extremely nice paint-jobs and mods. You have a great skill.

Moz: Schweet cosmetic work, I wish I could do that. P.S. What did you use for the thing on-top of the barrel?

Mods done to 2K.. Happy New year!!!

- Pump has been plugged.
- Pump Lubed
- AR's taken out of the turret.
- I used the dermal and made the turret able to fit PETG
- Air passages have been made bigger for better air flow..
- Nested 1/2 in. PETG into turret.
- Red and black Paint job.

Hello everyone, I've got some more stuff to show you guys today. Now this first one needs a bit of an explanation; I saw Forsaken_Angel24's lancer mod and thought, "Wow, that is cool as fuck." I made it my life's goal to create this most awesome piece of Nerf assault weaponry. So I went to my local Toys'r'Us and got a chainsaw. I brought it home and much to my dispairing surprise the silly looking blue and orange toy was massive, far too large to be integrated into a Longshot. I nearly started to cry. My hopes quashed. My dreams of dismemberment shattered.
As I sulked by to the workshop, broken and defeated, what was that I spotted out of the corner of my eye? The massive lump of yellow plastic that was the Nerf Vulcan. A slow smile crept across my face as the gears in my head started turning.
My dreams revived as I realized that all hope was not lost! It was time to hit up the hacksaw and dremel!!
These are the results....














I still think the paint leaves much to be desired, but I've got my Lancer. Well kinda anyways. Doesn't look at all like a Lancer but I'm pretty happy with it. I rigged it up so that when you close the belt cover and that little pin pushes the kill switch it also starts the chainsaw. I then ran the trigger switch behind the Vulcan's trigger, but a bit past the pull of the auto fire switch, so if you want to shoot you just pull as you normally would, but to operate the saw blade you squeeze just a bit harder.

Han Solo Nightfinder...



This is my Nightfinder / Han Solo Blaster mod, inspired by the movie The Empire Strikes Back (the blaster is different from the one in Star Wars - A New Hope). The mod elements here are mostly cosmetic, but of course I ramped up the power so it will have respectable ranges.

THE FURIES


In Greek Mythology the furies punished those who did wrong.

There was one that punished constant anger

One that punished jealousy

and one that punished murder





Anger

Air restrictors removed on both guns.. BBB spring with Ls spring. Fires any kind of dart











Jealousy

No bolt sled, 1st gen NF spring and LS spring. Mav has no AR's and a half-barrel mod done.











Murder

Titan in a LSFG shell, no plugged pump (Hits a little over +bow ranges, I have one to check.) Mav has no AR's, barrel is not removeable.

AR's removed, trigger lock removed, DS and stock NF spring added to the stock.


My second PJ done with spray paint this time.



A little messy, but I'll be more careful with painters tape next time.

Hello everyone. Here' s my other Longshot. It has the air restricter, dart peg, and all that extra crap removed . I took out the stock barrel and replaced it with 19/32" brass with some tightening rigns. Added a Recon and Maverick spring, and did some other small tweaks for better performance. I gave it a rather plain paint job, but felt that this one looked best with the "less is more" mentality.















And another Recon (I have tons of these things ).








P.S. In case you couldn't guess, that barrel extension is two Recon barrels. And yes, it seriously kills ranges.

I changed Gears X-mas present to me from CPVC to PETG because PETG has a much better fit on my darts.



Ranges:
First Gen= 70 feet
Second Gen= 65 feet
