Ok, I have around $250 that I am gonna be spending on one of these options, but my question is which one should I do, and which one will I get my money's worth out of?
Option #1
- Xbox ($100 Used)
- Two games (probably used)
- One Extra Controller
Option #2
- Xbox ($100)
- Have a guy put LinuXbox in it ($99)
- 1 Game (preferably Used)
- 1 cheapo controller
- USB Keyboard and mouse, and Xbox Breakaway Cable to modify into a USB Hub
Option #3
- Xbox($100)
- PS2 (also $100)
- One Used Game for each
Option #4
The thing about LinuXbox is that it gives you emulators, a media player, a web browser, and a bunch of other cool shit. He doesn't even have to open the Xbox, because that voids the warranty. What he does is that he modified an Xbox breakaway cable to a USB Hub, and he used those little "mini-drives" on the hub. The Xbox then reads those as memory cards.. Or something around the lines of that. It's been awhile since I was in there, and can't really remember what he did. The way I'm looking at it is that I've got an okay computer that can do all that for me already.
I've needed a digtal video camera for awhile, also... I may wait for that.
