I'm glad that this war is picking up hype. The objective is to have a bitchin' war among friends, and enthusiasm like that is great to see.

I got 100 slug darts done so far and they're all total shit. Woohoo!

We fit 4, in a Rio, all the way to Jersey, and that included Dom, Tim, and I...Bowser only counts as like half a person anyway, and he doesn't really need a gun.

Kinda sad the Sex Dwarves are almost guests at their home field, but it's our own fault for being lazy and/or "responsible adults" living super cool sexy lives...However, I'm super excited that we're getting so many cool dudes to come out and play.

I will be in attendance come hell or high water, and I'm trying to drag a couple others with me.

I think if it comes down to it we could put Bowser in a car top carrier and stick him on the roof. In any case, he's not riding up front so I won't have to worry about him trying to grab the steering wheel and kill us all because he's about to shit his pants. It's a good thing he doesn't read these forums.

Question on banned blasters,

I have a Titan that fires the new 3/4 MEGA darts. Yay/Nay?

It's technically a singled Titan, but it's firing large ammo that has a 1/2in hollow rubber cushion for a head.

If you're unsure I can bring the blaster in question.

Bring it, if not for anything but fun. You can use it for DTC but my initial reaction is to ban it from all other game types.

I just got an Ultimator without any missiles and I'm not looking to convert it to darts. If anyone has a pair of missiles that they would be willing to sell I would like to buy them at the war.

Unfortunately, I'm withdrawing from this war.

I simply do not have the finances for a trip like this, college life.

My local HvZ club is hosting a local war on the same day, which is half of my reason to drop from this NiC war. As much as i would like to join a competitive NiC event, I just can't justify spending the scratch when I can stay local and rock some casual noobs.

As a side note, i've realized something with the close of the HvZ season. Hvzers classify themselves as 'Casual' nerfers, yet they get worked up over the simplest thing and go into 'full asshole' mode within a moments notice. While at NiC events, the actual gameplay may be more competitive, you guys are basically the nicest people I've met (Coop excluded). So kudos NerfHaven, we all may be elitist asshats on the forums; but you host some of the funnest and carefree wars I've ever had the pleasure to attend.

Yes, we have met; I'm not mad. I'm not trying to say you're not a good person, you just did not strike me as a particularly nice person. I'm not holding that against you, everybody has their 'quirks', just simply stating the fact that almost everyone in the NiC is open and friendly.

Have fun at the War all, wishing I could make it. I already made 500 slugs too...
