This is my first time doing something like this, but I got most of what I need. The problem is I am trying to build a semi-automatic +bow using the N-strike clips. Now when I have them loaded the darts seem to be held tightly in the clip. Now before I start cutting pvc I need to know if and what, if any, modifications I would need to make to the barrel or clip so it will work? I have looked at quite a few of the other projects and the only one I could find that uses the clip was KaneTheMedeocer's Autobow mkII and I honestly did not understand it.

You would have to do something similar to Forsaken Angel's deodorant clipped BBB but with the N-Strike clips instead of deodorant containers

I'm a little confused about what you're trying to do. How exactly do you plan on making a +bow semi-auto? But as for Kane's AABow, it doesn't have a normal plunger like most guns (including the +bow). It literally just has a rod that smacks into the back of the dart and pushes it out the barrel.

I would say if you don't understand the AABow, then Don't bother with a semi-auto +bow. You're most likely getting in over your head if you're having trouble with a manual breech. I would say get some basics down before you try to jump head first into the project.

I was just commenting that the only homemade I have found here that uses the N-strike clip was Kane's AABow. That is the only part of his design I am interested in but when I look at the instructions for attaching it all he seems to do is hot glue some paper and a chunk of wood to the barrel.

My homemade uses N-Strike magazines and uses +bow internals. It may be exactly what you are looking for:

Lambda-shot. Haha. I love greek letters.

Anyways, Louiec3 did years ago what you are trying to do today. Take a look at Igor. Yes, it's on NRev.

It's old and messy (no offense LC3), but it's exactlly what you are looking for. I know that the writeup is a bit hard to understand, but ask him about it, and he may be able to explain it for you. I believe what happens is this: air form the tank (when fired) expands a chamber, which pushed the breech closed, and then the air exits the chamber through a newly opened port that exits to the barrel. Once all the air is out, the spring pulls the piston and breech back to the original position.

I think Cold Iron is mistaking semi-auto for a blaster that has the priming motion linked with the that of the loading. I rigged up a breech to a PAS several years back. Maybe you'll get some use out of the pictures of the mag-well, breech, and coat-hanger arm: N-Strike Clipped PAS
