Hello and Welcome to Psychoswan's return to nerfing with my write up of the BuzzBee Hunter Bolt action blaster thing.

First off the gun is pretty lousy stock but that was a given. I bought it because its a new mechanism and that is intriguing to me.
First off I cut off the stock because I have big hands and they didnt fit. Im gonna add a handle later.
I also cut down the barrel, im gonna use it as a pistol anyway

Now open her up and this is what you see



two screws connect the barrel to



The rear piece on the bolt can come off as it is only cosmetic



So The seal is actually on the side of the bolt



And is transferred through this collar



AH the air restrictor. Grab it with some long thin pliers and twist till it pops off.



Now drill it out with a small drill bit. It'll end up looking like this



And without the AR



I nested a small amount (about .75 of an inch) of a roseart barrel inside the bolt



Here it is put back together and with my handle added




And is it just me or would something be awesome integrated into the stock



Im getting about 20 to 30 feet but its a fun little gun.

Very nice work! Impressed at how simple this is.
I can't tell by the pics but, when you drilled out the AR, did you get all the plastic? (So its a big ol' gap from the front of the bolt back tho the o-ring and metal rod.)
I just petg'd mine, so this is definetely easier and cheaper.

I do like the minimization, I could not figure out how to get the back of the bolt off short of a saw blade.

Add some seal enhancements to the plunger and collar and you have a not-as-shitty side arm.

The mod itself isn't that new. But you did a good job on it.

Anything more than 2 seems logistically unlikely, assuming that they're not of the detachable variety. Is it 2?

Not that I think this blaster fits anyone's hands but simply taking off the back of the bolt and leaving it off helps a whole hell of a lot. and it serves no purpose to begin with so there is no reason to have it.

Oh yea, this topic had a point... Could you substitute the crayola for cpvc?

I've done a couple hunters with cpvc. So..... yes.

Yes you could easily substitute cpvc, i have left over crayola(or CrazyArt cause roseart doesn't seem to make markers anymore)
