Pictures thanks to SG Nerf. SG Nerf also says that this vest has a holster for pistol sized Nerf blasters. I'm kinda of torn on whether this is worth it or not. $30 is kinda much, but I've seen prices for other homemade stuff like this online and it's up there with this thing. This also comes with 2 Clear Clips and 12 darts. It holds 4 clips and 12 darts.

Do you guys think this is worth it? Does it look too nerdy for the $30? Going overboard on our hobby?

What are your guys thoughts?

If you really need to ask it's probably not for you. If you use alot of n-strike clips in wars, and you know it fits yourself, maybe get it. You may also want to consider getting the n-strike sling, holds more clips and is alot cheaper. Just hook the ends onto a belt loop and you should be good.

And by sling do you mean the bandolier?

I'd like to know how big this thing is, measurement-wise. Like, is it only made to fit 10-year-old kids, or can it be adjusted for decent-sized young adults?

That is definitely a 10 year old on the front of the box. Just kidding . But seriously, I would also want to know if it is adjustable to fit different sized people.

I'm planning on getting one once they finally show up in stores here. If no one has answered questions about it at that point I'll make sure to report in.

In my opinion the vest is just a little ammo holder with clear clips. You can buy the clips cheaper in other sets. N-Strike is just a theme of nerf that is based on the military. So if you are into that stuff great. If you are into what is good about it than there is not much to say. For me not worth it.

If I wanted to buy it, it would just be for the clear clips. I'm sure someday Nerf will make a clear flip clip or bandolier package, which I would certainly get.

I think that for it's purpose, the bandolier does a better job. So I for one won't be getting one!

I just grabbed one less than an hour ago and I am currently wearing it. I am 6' 1" and 200 lbs and it fits me perfectly out of the box. To answer your question though, there are two straps on each side, high and one low that are adjustable. Each one consists of a loop with a strap through it and velcro on the end that can be tightened or loosened. I would say a guy my size is about the upper limit for it, someone bigger most likely would not be able to wear it. I can't really loosen it too much more.

I'd save 20 bucks and make my own out of cardboard and duct tape.
But I do plan on buying one, I also need to pick up a Bandolier for APOC

I didnt know that it came with transparent orange clips. i would get it just for the clips.

It would look beast in HVZ, but for 30.00, I don't think so. I might pay 20, but thats still pretty iffy.

2 special edition clips, some darts, and a tac vest made /for nerf/ seems well worth 30.00 to me ladies and gentlemen. I'm definitely picking one of these up

$30 seems pretty reasonable. expecially if its made well.

I personally however would just go to an army surplus store and buy a real one instead. With real ones you can find al the extra pouches and design it any way you want. (put holsters on the left side, dart sack down at your hip, extra clips on your shoulder, etc. The customizeable aspect of the real ones would make me lean towards those instead

Buy a tactical vest for fishing, they have pockets everywhere and are usually better quaility.

Yeah, the Tactical Vests packaged in the product box looks smaller initially because they are actually folded up to fit into the box, the actual size of the vest seems to be designed more for adults (rather than just kids).

I initially thought they were only for kids and gave a set to my friend's 6yr old boy, the vest reached just above the little dude's knees, kid ended up looking like he was wearing an apron for art class. Haha...

I guess thats how Nerf managed to fulfill their "One Size Fits Most" statement on the box.

Well, this looks pretty good but I would not be sure if it takes 30 bucks for one. I saw the bandolier at kmart for 17 dollars and it looks like it gets the job done. I would personally take the bandolier but hey, its your choice.

If there's one thing I hate, it's clicking on a review video hoping to get some bits of information, only to find that it's in the range of 10 minutes long. Who would sit through that?
