Or you can use shotty stefans, they're usually about 1/4 inch long, and you can fit a ton down a barrel, especially if it's an airgun, which means lots of death for the zeds. Also, they're fun to load in a magstrike as a last-ditch attempt.... seeing 30 darts fly at you is hilarious.

Personally, I would go with a Stampede, with the Raider drum. For a secondary, I would use either a Recon core, or the Dart Tag Furyfire. The Stampede provides automatic ownage, and the Furyfire is like a 10-round shotgun/grenade launcher. The recon core is useful for speed, although it's ammo capacity isn't the greatest.

There is no such thing as overkill... There is only OPEN FIRE, and RELOAD.

Scout with LSFG spring addition as my class-to-class loadout stored in my inside coat pocket, mafia style. Extra darts in my other hand.
Carbine Longshot for missions slung across my right side with the Scout slung across my left as a sidearm. Had 5 clips. Worked pretty well for me.
Oh, and running shoes. Probably the most useful tool, besides my brains.
