You can make the same thing out of PVC, except better. I'm sure there are lots of designs on spudfiles.

I prayed no one would post it here. Not too long ago, someone(cant remember his name) posted a Reactor barrel replacement write-up that got 40. Kipkay got 67, angled. Who would allow a spud gun at thier war anyway? Even if it is not banned from wars, you spend way too much time reloading for almost no performance increase.

The reactor stinks. It has no range, low ammo capacility, and not a great RoF. Anyways, that mod didn't change much. Seriously. Why do that?

Exactly right. At a certain point, a nerf gun is no longer a nerf gun. Just a weapon that shoots foam and can take an eye out.

Kipkay and his other inventions are mega cool. If you've seen them you'd probably understand his mindset, he probably never intends on actually shooting someone with this, but instead simply enjoys making cool shit out of otherwise normal things.

A spudgun-type system is not only dangerous (if constructed or used improperly) but produces way more power than is needed to propel a dart. It's just a stupid way to nerf.

Kipkay and his Nerf cannon are not to be blamed on this site. He just wanted to show his viewers about what he could do to a Nerf reactor, and he never cared whether it was the best way or the most efficient way to modify it. The person to blame is essentially Shinee for posting this on this site, who thought that this had something to do with Nerf and our site's purposes.

I think your pretty wrong half way through your statement. Also I didn't know you could cross the words capability and capacity to get capacility. The Reactor, if I am correct, holds multiple balls (I think 3 or 4 maybe at max), and fires them just as fast as you can make the push pull motion. In the right hands this is a deadly HvZ blaster.

A project like this in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing can be fun, and that's all this is. I think it's pretty obvious that this is just one of those "It would be cool to make this" projects. Give it a rest and stop with the hysteria.

That's pretty cool, but the fact of the matter is, that's all it is. I can't see it being particularly dangerous to anyone except the user, and even then the cork should act as a sort of overpressure release valve to protect from any big explosions. Not very useful for real nerfing. However, that ignition system does give me an idea for a completely unrelated project, but that's for another website.
