Nice fotoshop...............

Doubtful, seeing as how SGNerf posted about it exactly one month ago in his N-Strike Big Blast thread.

"Customise your Big Blast with this cool new accessory pack. Contains tactical shield, exclusive 18 dart clip, 18 clip system darts and folding bipod! Accessories compatible with most N-Strike blasters."

The only use I can imagine for that magazine is to paddle a boat... its too long and I assume it would put too much stress on the shell of the blaster.

How would that put on more stress than the drum mag?

Maybe not. NERF may have changed the strength of the springs inside of the clips to avoid dart mooshing. After all, streamlines are more flimsy than stefans. And by the way, this thread is just asking for major speculation.

EDIT: Heres the homepage of the site the image is on. Heres the actual page the picture is on (you have to translate it).

I use a flip clip in my LS all the time and its not awkward or flimsy. i cant imagine this would be much longer. only downside being that you dont have the advantage of loading without removing the clip.

anyone else pondering the horror of a SUPER FLIP CLIP?

The only horror is that it would damn near touch the ground if you're under 6'3".
Pretty cool I have to say, albeit impractical.

HAHA definately something id like to play around with!
More serious tho i would probably mount them side by side instead of end to end so that they are not... ya know... a few meters long.

EDIT: Also im about 6'2" so i woundn't have THAT much trouble with it!

Reminds of the clip that the Spartan was supposed to have, maybe this means they're really going to build it?

Well they did say that they weren't going to build it. Maybe they just liked the idea of the clip but did not like the blaster so they are going to pop this on another blaster for the Nerf "Big Blast" or whatever it might be.

Hmm, the more I read about the big blast the more curious I get.

We know from experience that batteries means an automatic function of some sort. 6 D's means that it will also be heavy and rather large. There is almost no way for a battery powered blaster to have much range potential.

Also, since NERF has already created a drum mag, why would they create a ridiculously sized clip with only half the capacity?

Assuming that current speculation is accurate, then we are dealing with an automatic clipped blaster. Is anyone else troubled by this?

I'm not trying to speculate here. Based on NERF's past with battery powered blasters, we can assume several things of this nerf "big blast".

Let's get this over with: The system using the CS-18 will be reverse plunger.
