I don't feel the way I used to do.
I know its bad,
After what we had,
But I’m just not the angel you knew.

I wonder if it's E coli related--it's been known to contribute to infectious gastric pneumatosis... If it's non-infectious GP, though, it's one of those "who knows?" scenarios (though most are a result of the air they pump in while "scoping" the stomach or intestinal tract).

NerfBritMogul - As long as its decaf, I can apparently have tea. I'm a big fan of Mandarin Orange. What I really want though, is one of those Doctor Who sonic screwdriver pens that you "blokes" have over there. The ones that light up and make the sonic noise and can be used as a pen? Those look cool as shit.
CaptainSlug - Pretty much.
FA24 - Thanks, man. I hope I'll be able to hang out with you guys at Apoc as well.
jakejagan & rork - Thanks, dudes.
utahnerf - Cool story, bro. You should totally tell it at parties.
Busta - That sucks. Anything that ruptures or has the capacity to rupture is bad, I'm convinced. Rupturing in general just...bad.
Thanks again for the well wishes. Once I am back to feeling like my old self again I can start lurking on the forums and making appropriate t-shirts to commemorate this event. In the mean time, if any of you bitches want to feel the wrath of my Pokemon, I've been playing Heart Gold and have assembled a nigh unstoppable force of furry little war machines. That's what staying in the hospital for a week can do to a man. If you're interested, drop me a PM.
EDIT: Split, I love you.

All the best Groove. I'll send you some teabags. Teabagging solves everything.
There, I fixed that for you, Brit. Though I'm not sure it will help.
Sorry to hear your chest burster took a southern detour, and I hope you heal quickly and completely. Stop by the IRC chat sometime and let us know how you're doing!

And yes, rupturing in general is pretty bad. I can't honestly think of a single case where a rupture is good. Erupt yes, but not rupture.

That was necessary. Anyway, as if it hasn't been said enough by people that don't know you, I hope you get well soon. Those screwdriver things look like some advanced technology British vibrators.
( Also aware this post was unnecessary, and late)

TLDR Version: Yes, my stomach has a hole in it. Yes, I almost died. Yes, I am slowly getting better. No, I will not be Nerfing this Summer. No, I am not quitting Nerf. And finally no, you cannot have my blaster.

Sooooooooo.... no white russian chugging contest prior to making little children cry during a rain of foam, and other such objects?
Damn, man, that's really terrible, while not as painful (at all), I just recently had a bout with Bells Palsy. These random rare diseases are, frankly, fucking annoying as hell-- you know.. not delightful at all!
Very happy you're doing well, because if you did indeed die, well, I'd probably have to get some golden coins and hit up Charon to get you back to this side of life.... and, well, that's a painnn! =P
Feel better soon, Groovey.

I second That!Is there any chance I'm going to get a badass "Fuck Gastric Pneumatosis!" t-shirt out of this?
Feel better dude, and, as ridiculous as it sounds, let us know if we can do anything. At least let slug build you an arc reactor to power your intestines and a suit of robotic battle armor.

VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED
Found a pic of Pneumatosis, here it is:
nasty as... well..... pneumatosis.
Now I'm beginning to regret tripe soup at the chinese place down the street. I guess that's why it's so cheap.
