If anyone wants a trial of Shattered Horizon, tell me. It came with three, and none of my friends can run it.

Seriously, though. If your PC can run crysis on full, then it will run this on med-high settings. If your computer can run crysis on low-mid then it MIGHT run this on the very minimum. I'm only going to give you the trial if you can run it.

Those requirements seem pretty standard now. I don't know a PC gamer who doesn't meet that.
I'll take a copy. Sounds cool enough.

Oh, if people want to post PC specs here too, they can do that. Why not make this an all around PC gaming thread?

You're probably all wondering how to get a range of 95' from a mech 20

I was figuring you threw it.

But why not SLI? For a pretty good price, alienware has a "Build your own" Micro tower that supports 2 GTX 295s. Thats pretty intense.

SLI/crossfire, same thing, nvidia is sli, crossfire's for ATI
I bought the ATI card because the nvidia equivalent was more expensive, as often is the case, unless you want to SLI. I don't really like Alienware, and I also prefer the satisfaction I get when I build a computer and get it running. I would rather build a bunch of computers than have a nice one for myself, it's just fun.

Oh yah, and I have an 850psu on mine

Yeah, i totally understand that. I built my gaming rig myself from scratch, and its alot more rewarding. And yeah. Nvidia is more expensive, but I've went through a few ATI cards until I realized they are a bit cheaper for a reason. And if you are building a massive rig, why not spend the extra 50 dollars to get the best hardware?

Although on a budget, ATI is your best bet. I built a PC for a friend using ATI. They have some good cards.

Hey, so, there is like this Nerfhaven group on steam. It seems like a good idea to me. It's run by Xtremejumpy, and it kinda needs some more members.

Steam linkage

EDIT: Xtreme, why do you have the individual boxes of TF2 and Portal? I didn't really think those were available. Did you fashion them yourself?

I saw that you were looking for a avatar for the Steam Group and I whipped this up after I got back this afternoon.

Sorry about the boring black background, I got tired of trying to figure out how to change the background to transparent in GIMP. Enjoy.

Ifs 4 gigs of ddr3, so its all good. The boxes, I bought portal alone a long time ago, really got me into FPS and valvE and TF2 was bought shortly after

As far as avatars are concerned, it was an awesome movie. I'm kidding
Group avatars, uuh, Something that looks nice small as well. I may work with the nerf or nothing thing. If I get you a really pixelated loser, you think you could put a blaster with that. And anyone who wants to submit a Bad-ass NH, my email is cracker.owen@gmail.com

Edit: Forgot about the damn fllter for that, but you should know what I mean.

Would anyone be interested in a big game of CSS this weekend? I'm trying to get a dedi server up on my old computer, but it's looking kinda iffy. If I can't, I'll just host a normal server and stay in it throughout the game.

Does 6 PM to 12 AM (PST) this Saturday sound good to anyone?
