How many are going?

I have a ride but I'm not going to go without knowing if it will be a decent turnout.

As for supervision, there wont be parents there for us. We are all 18 or 17 pretty much. If your parents want to contact or talk with us (which is understandable, its a foreign concept to most people for the first war) they can call or email me. PM me if you need either of those.
Also, the turnout should be pretty good, I'm gonna be bringing a solid amount of people (like 6-7) from my own group, so it should be fun.

According to the forecast, the rain should stop before the war starts.
I still plan on going.
I wasn't able to convince any of my group that a nerf war is more important that class work, so I will be coming alone.

Everyone bring a raincoat. NOAA says the following:
Saturday: Rain likely, mainly before 10am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 54. Northeast wind between 10 and 17 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Only the ground and some of the surrounding plants and trees should be wet. not too big of a concern.

Perfect, there are always dogwalkers there, she picked a good spot.
And we are still having the game through rain. Battlefeild conditions as we like to say.

That was pretty miserable weather battlefield conditions, but we made do, and we had some good rounds. Outpost is always a hit.

EDIT: Oh right! Highlights....

I wasn't there for too long, (not my fault really) and I came midway through Outpost, sorry I missed most of that. I just loved picking Skitzo for my team.
+ "Skitzo, retreat over here... please"
+ Spawning in Outpost, looking at z80, saying "yeah this position sucks" and bushwacking through the downed tree to capture the uppermost base.
+ "Hey! Zombies can't say anything!"
"Ok... Mmhmhmaaahghmmm" (Matt is over here!)
+ Getting betrayed by z80's nightfinder. As he comes to try and zombiefy me, I have one shot... with a gun lent to me by the zombie... so of course I shoot the barrel out, with the dart still inside. Doh!
+ My warm shower afterwords.

That round wasn't the best for me  I got killed early and had to go all the way around the feild just to get to a out post that my team had.
And my ls kept jamming.

Eli did you have my bbb that round?
