There is a small chance I will be attending this one, though we once again need to work out some details Forsaken. Contact me via Gmail and we can figure things out.

The only reason why I am considering it is because the hosting date is my birthday. Not too keen on the long ass drive again, but it might be worth it, provided I have two armed guards at all times watching my car.

Not sure how it is in Canada, but pretty much every public building has legal capacity ( due to fire code, as Foamfoot said ) in the States.

My school's gym has a limit at about 300 people. and it's easily smaller than that one

Chances look good that I will be there. I may be as much as an hour late, but it will be worth it in the end. Just to be on the safe side, I will pay when and if I arrive at the war.

Well, I and both of my guests are definites, but we have decided to pay at the door rather than pay beforehand in case the weather gets too bad to drive in. I am cool with driving in the snow, but I am not cool with driving on bad roads for over 400 miles. I've also Pm'd you with a question, forsaken.

Well, as of right now, it looks as though I will not be attending this war. I have around -$300 or so, and that is not sufficient funds to travel to Canada. Sorry, Forsaken.

EDIT: I just found a $320 paycheck that I didn't know I had, so I now have slightly more than -$300. At this point, I am possibly coming, but probably more on the unlikely side. If I can get some more money, I'll be there.

It's looking more and more likely that I will be there. Im bringing my cousin if I do come, and he will need stefans (he will pay accordingly). I can supply him with guns/eye protection. You can put us both on the maybe list.

Well slowguitarman I must add the roads have been very good here lately.
How is $300 not enough? $300 even in Canadian funds was more than enough for me to go to APOC and back.

I meant -$300 as in negative $300. I was $300 in debt. Since I found that $320 check, I am now out of debt, but I still don't have much money. It will only cost about $50 (for each of us) for the entire trip, so hopefully I can swing that.

EDIT: What time will this thing be over? If I get up there, I need to figure out if I need to stay the night somewhere or just drive home. I would like to drive home afterward, but driving for seven hours, nerfing for six hours and then driving seven hours would be kinda rough. Doable...but rough.

I believe we went from 10-4:30/5:30 (Not Sure), not sure about this time though. I think we were supposed to get out earlier but Uncle fester convinced the caretaker to let us stay a little longer.

Well, even if we nerfed till four, that is six hours of running around. After driving seven hours and then running for six, I will probably be beat.

EDIT: There is some confusion about getting into Canada from the states. I read on Canada's website that one only needs something like a birth certificate and a photo ID like a driver's license. Someone else said you need a passport. If I need a passport, I cannot come. Does anyone on here know for certain (as in you live their or you have gone to Canada recently)?

I believe starting this year a passport is required, unfortunately. I've always had one, so I've never had a problem, though.

I heard that it had changed a few times about whether or not one needed a passport. As of right now, this is the biggest determining factor of me coming to this war. If I need a passport, it would be impossible for me to attend.

You could always call the border agency and find out.

That's actually what I planned to do tomorrow morning. I wouldn't be a happy guy if I drove 400 miles and couldn't cross the border. I read on the American Embassy in Canada site that a passport isn't required to get in. I guess I'll have an answer for certain tomorrow.

Also, a place to stay would be excellent, forsaken. The more I think about it, the less I want to drive back after nerfing all day. We'll see what happens closer to the end of the week, but as of now, my probability of attendance is looking better.

So far, I lost all my guns again... but once I get my teachers to sign a few thiongs I'll be good to go. And Angel, is there any way I can pay you to do a repair on one of my blasters? I thought up something which I think is cool, but I don't have the supplies to get the tubing connected correctly.

So far I am still a little on the fence as far as attendance, but things are looking better now. I may have one more guest with me though because one of my guests dropped out, but I should have two more. On a side note, my ears are still ringing from the AC/DC concert I just got back from.
