I purchased a double shot yesterday, opened it up to look at the internals then resembled it. When I went to cock the gun, a knot on the ropes got in the way , and I couldn't move the barrels far enough to cock the gun. Has any anyone else had this problem, and can some one provide a picture of the internals at the front of the gun? I search but the 2 topics I found had pictures that were either too blurry, or did not show the right place in the internals.

Either re-tie it or just open it again and move the know around to where it should be.

The problem is everytime I move it, it seems to be in the wrong place. And BB put glue on the knot.BTW do you even own one? I am looking more for a response from someone who who knows this gun fairly well.

I own one and have taken it apart MANY times and I still don't understand your problem. Please provide a picture.

As far as I know, the knot is supposed to be visible but I removed the whole string thing and minimized mine. It's much easier. The best solution to your problem would be to take it apart and figure out where the knot should be or take a picture and show us. Words don't cut it

Edit: JSB got a picture up so maybe there's your solution

Thank you Bob. That was the picture I needed. The problem was I accidentally dropped it, and when putting all of the parts in, I must have put the knot in wrong. Thanks again! Now this topic can die and retreat to the back pages to be forgotten and never looked at again./thread
