When I was looking at the O rings, it didn't have "# 18" right on the package. it have measurements.
EDIT: Nevermind. I found the #18 O rings at Ace Hardware. I hopefully will be making one this weekend.

Just in case someone else can't find the O-rings the measurement of a #18 O-Ring is 1 3/16" O.D. x 15/16" I.D. x 1/8". Sorry for the late response I've been busy with two other projects.
