So my new Larami Small Soldiers rifle arrived today, and I was wondering how much it differed from a standard Supermaxx 5000. It is trademarked "1994 Larami". The scope on it is different than the one for the Supertech 9k, as instead of being a flashlight it is a faux scope with an adjustable cosshair. The stock is also not molded into the gun shell but is rather a separate detachable piece after you unscrew it. The question I wanted to ask is this: when I pull the trigger, it does not fire like an airtech series gun with a consistant trigger pull. Rather, it simply goes *click* when you apply a certain amount of pressure and releases all the air at once. Is this how all Sm5k's are, or is this particular feature apply only to the Small Soldiers Rifle?

Yes, that is how my SM5K is. I wouldn't mod the Small Soldiers Rifle though, as i believe it's quite rare.

Well seing as it has been painted already, and is missing the majority of the screws, Modding it might increase the value. I was planning a less-invasive sort of mod, since I have the first inch or so of the dart firing barrel. I was planning on putting a stub of brass on the airtank and then nesting the next biggest size in the barrel stub, using the stock attachment point to lock the barrel in place.
TL;DR It has no value as a collectors piece guys! I wouldn't dream of doing anything but hanging it on a wall if it was in good shape.
