Hello everyone,

Nerf-a-palooza is SUNY Fredonia's largest Nerfing event of the year. Every year we gather around 50 Nerfers to the SUNY Fredonia campus for one big outdoor Nerfing Extravaganza. This year We want to get as many Nerfers as possible. This is a call out inviting anyone who can make it, to come to the event.

Event location is SUNY Fredonia, Fredonia New York. We are located in Western New York about 40 mins from buffalo.

The event will take place on May 10, 2008.

The event will be from 1pm-5pm.

There is a $3 fee charged to each participant for Supplies for the event. This money pays for water for everyone, some extra darts for people to use, as well as any other random supplies that are needed for the event.

Directions to the SUNY Fredonia campus can be provided to anyone needing them, Just PM me with your address and I will map quest it for you. If you wanna do it on your own.

Are there any limitations on what type of blasters people can bring?

Yes!!! I am a hopeful maybe. Like Brummer said, what are blaster limitations and other rules?

All blasters will be allowed with in reason, I have volunteered myself to be a test dummy for safety checks, if it hurts when i get hit, it won't be a good gun to use, if not, then its all good.

Main weapons tested with in 50'

Side arms to be tested with in 30'

Stefans are fully acceptable, try not to use heavily modded titans or big blasts, as they are know for the pain they cause.

We also allow melee weapon use. Melee weapons count as small toy swords or daggers, large soft foam swords are usable, Shields cannot exceed 18" diameter, any shield that exceeds this diameter eliminates your ability to use projectiles.

I think that covers everything.

Please Let me Know when you are a Definite Yes, as we plan to use all the money to purchase supplies ahead of time, and if you are definite yes, we know to use that extra amount of money.

If you also play Dagorhir, a short Dagorhir sword woulld fit for outdoor melee.

A boffer is a foam weapon with a PVC core, like the guys at Dagorhir use.

No 6-foot zweihanders, then?

If you haven't contacted me about the event with your name and email address i will be unable help you with registration anymore. So if you were planning on going I am sorry but the event organizers do not want any last minute players to join up for some reason.
