Big Bad Shotgun (BBS)

First off I cut off that stupid front scope off and the foregrip. I replaced the front handle with more off a shotgun grip consisting of cardboard, e-tape and velcro. I did a standard nested barrel and mounted a mag light into that top cylindrical part of the case (I gotta give props to Tenessee23 for the idea).








Also does anyone have any good paint scheme I deas?

That is beautiful. The maglite thing is really cool, and the grip is hot.

You should switch the original paint scheme. Where there is black, purplize it.Where purple, black.

Ok couple of questions. How long is your barrel? Is it hard to cock? I had similar plans on doing it, but I never came up with enough money to buy a BBB. Nice job. O ya, ranges Please.

Nice trimming job. Even though you used E-tape to cover up the points of modification, it still looks nice. The BBB is a perfect gun to make a shotgun; you have that very nice cocking motion at the middle of the gun. The light is a good touch too.

My barrel is 9" of 9/16" brass. It gets roughly about 70"-80" and it is so nice to cock, very easy. My 9 year old brother can do it with ease. This is a must buy I guarantee it! And thankyou for the compliments. I plan on doing a bondo job where I cut the scope off. For the front grip I cut out a piece of cardboard and wrapped that with e-tape. I glued one side to the case and the other side has velcro so I can easily open up the case.

Nice and clean. Although impractacle, I love the mag light. Personaly I would have left the the front grip on, it was one of the more comfortable things about the BBB.

Go with the season! I would use dark pumpkin slop orange and black.

Nice take on a classic mod. Shot gunning the BBB is an old standby, but as it's been out of production for a few years it's nice to see it done on a fresh gun.

I believe that shotgunning* is when you load multiple darts into an extended barrel creating a spread of fire.

I'm pretty sure the shotgun is referring to the removal of the front handle, as it produces a Shotgun looking gun, especially with the grip he created.

That's exactly why I added the mag. It seems the only time I ever get to nerf is when its pitch black.

I make shotgun stefans. I take a regular sized dart and cut it in equal sections and just add glue to the tip of each. It's great for close quarters.

I'm impressed. If I were to mod one, that would be the way I'd go. Only, I would made a clip for the barrel. I especially like the clean look to the foregrip. Nice work.

To make the Gun more like a shotgun I'd cut off the scope and load in multiple darts. I don't know if thats what your going for though.

Thanks a bill. But when I made my last post I was speaking to Darkshrimp, while backing up the multyple darts idea. I guess it came out wierd though, and I was suggesting that he cut off the light and go with the multiple darts, so when I said, "I don't know if thats what your going for." I meant that I didn't know if Darkshrimp wanted it to be exactly like a shot gun or if he just wanted a cool cocker.

Cut off the light!? That's the coolest thing about my BBB. I can still use multiple darts with the light still attached to the gun.
