The park is only 1hr and 45 min from Boston. There is a subway sandwiches/convenience store about 1/4 of a mile down the road for lunch. Lets try to get 10+ people this time. Bring your friends! Last year's fall edition was a great time and the weather was perfect. There is a pavilion at the park to put our guns and bags and other stuff. This thread will probably get buried into the depths of the fourm, so feel free to bump this thread as necessary. You might ask me why I am posting this thread so damn early, I have a busy summer and want to get a few things set up now, and we have the added benefit of giving all of you slackers down there in Mass. some time to plan. There is a pair of pota-bathroom things in the park.
Rules:
No singled titans or sm5k's. Bring 100+ darts. All darts must have a FULL HOT GLUE or felt tip. None of this little hot glue line crap. We will probably not have any guns to lend, but if that is an issue for you then just contact me personally. Wear safety glasses if you are under 18. Wes's longshot safety mod is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. See this thread for details. We'll play some of the standard team deathmatch games, along with some capture the flag. We can also play some requests. Also we may try to get ahold of some "penny" jerseys to wear to mark teams, so if annyone has them from sports of stuff then try to bring as many as possilbe, although I can bring about 3 or 4 too. If anyone has any transportable cover or paintball bunkers and wants to bring them then please shoot me a PM, but we would love to have them! Don't be a whiny little ass.

Don't switch to Mile high foam, though. It's horrible with heat, and turns into a horrible black mess.
Don't blame the foam for your inability to correctly make stefans.
I have made easily over 7000 stefans out of Mile High with hot glue and I have melted perhaps 10 and never into a "Horrible Black Mess" just deformed the tips a bit because I put too much glue in too fast.
A LOW TEMP glue gun is ESSENTIAL to making stefans in either the felt/washer method or the BB/Hot Glue method.
Wes's Stefans are a better than yours will ever be. His are half the cost, use white easy to find foam, fly really straight and EVERY single one looks exactly the same. Also with my experience MileHigh foam tends to be quite soft and inconsistent.

MudFTW! I am bringing two pairs of sneakers and a pair of boots as well as a heavy and light rain coat. I am down. Plus it has been raining here and the fields are still in good condition. Does anyone have any cover to bring? Both rain cover and like bunkers.

Go ahead and bring the chimera. It's up to Thomas if you can use it or not, and even if you can't, it'll still be fun. I'd like to see your snap-o thing in person, too.
Thomas has already reserved all but 100 of my darts, so unless you reserve that last 100 now, you will need to bring your own darts.
I may need to buy 25 or 50, depending on how much my darts suck and how many I loose test firing into the MenWar park and shooting at trees....

It takes too many pumps and shoots too far. Just use something else(IMO) However my BigBlast is unplugged takes 7 pumps and shoots only about 120-130

On topic- Nice job, while it would sort of be a pain to keep changing the co2 cartridge after every few rounds, it is still pretty cool. If I were you I would install a deodorant clip system like FA24 did on his BBB.

War: shot in the back of the head from 2 feet away with a singled at2k
modding: getting cut with just about the sharpest kitchen knife in the world. had to get stitches and the scar is still puffy. (but it's not infected).
The pump wasn't plugged and that was from 20+ feet. Nice sense of direction Mr.Sm1500 Snap.

Then drill the hole in the pump caseing a little bit bigger until it is the size of the threads. Then put plumbers goop on the treads and screw it into the hole you just drilled. Then just put some more plumbers goop on it until its airtight. Problem Solved.

Yeah, just get some new tubing and plumers goop. Problem solved! I think its 3/8 OD 1/4ID clear tubing. Alternatively I have a stock LB that I would sell you with no pump problems. Hope it works out for you as the LB is a great gun.
