For the best lubricant do what Prometheus, and telekinetic said 100% silicon based lubricant, you can get it at any hardware store for around $4-6, don't use wd40 it slowly eats away at plastic, ky get's really sticky after a coupel hours and petro-jelly i guess is a quick fix, won't last very long gets nasty
