wut u use to sand it down, just sand paper? ive tried that and it doesnt exactly work that well... 30 minutes, and all i got was the tip :D ...

yeah, roofing nail + clothespin=fail

what size do you reccomend, then? and how long should it be, or does all of this rely on the size of the gun?

well, im not finished, nor am i even working on it yet, im still working of the design. its kinda like a simpler version of the GNS(or whatever its called)
here's a pic of it basicaly.

the frame is 1" PVC pipe, and the plunger is 1/2" PVC pipe. i have a clothespin trigger for the... well, trigger, and i'm using boltsniper's handle design.

i just need to find out where i could get a good/affordable spring. affordable meaning i can buy alot and still have plenty of money left.

if you have any ideas on how to improve it (without it being too complicated), sugjustions are welcome.

For carbon's clothespin trigger, where do you get plasic clothespins and what do you use for the actual trigger(that piece of metal at a 90 degree angle attached at the bottom of the pin)? and where do you get that piece of metal?
