I cracked open my vulcan today to add my rototrack and rev-6 springs to it and them fit in but now I can't figure out how to put evreything back together please, i need to know how to put it together I would like to try it out with its added springs.

Greetings and salutations my fellow nerfers! Nerf noob here with my new box mod I completed yesterday. (just need some painting and will be finished) heres what you will need.
1 a lucky charmes box and a cinnimon toast crunch box. (or any 2 ceareal boxes of your choice )
2 clear or any kind of duck tape.
3 one vulcan ammo box.
4 one dremmel with saw disk attachment ( sander drum attachment is not required but helps)
This mod took me 3 hours to do but I beleve if you dont have anything else to do it could be done in less time.


WARNING: THIS MOD WILL RENDER THE STOCK TIPOD UNABLE TO ATTACH TO THE VULCAN.

With that said we shall proceed to step 1: flip over the ammo box of your vulcan and cut out the area shown.

Cut along the outside of the lines and you should be fine.




step 2: after cutting take the sanding durm attachment and smooth out the rough edges so the darts will move from one box to the other smoother.


after done sanding should look somthing like this.


Step 3: makeing the the ammo box holding 50 rounds grab one lucky charms box.(or any cereal box)



you will see why I used lucky charmes and cinnimon toast crunch later. (evil smile)


Step 4 take meserments of your vulcan ammo box I took some and you will need to cut the flollowing pieces 2 5x6 inch pieces 2 5x4 inch pieces and 1 6x4 inch piece. You can get all of them from one box you just have to cut them out of the right places.


Step 5 tape them all together and make sure to line up all the ends or the box will be crooked. Tape to vulcan ammo box and BAM! you are done with the ammo box pat you self on the back you've done good (if the box isn't crooked)

this is what it should look something like this.




part 2 take your other cereal box and cut the same thing EXCEPT instead of 2 5x6 inch pieces they will be 2 8x5 inch pieces.
So that means the 2 side and the bottom pieces need to be 5 inches wide.


Step 1 of part 2: Tape all parts together and fasen them to the gun.







Thats all you need to do now take a moment to relax and enjoy the fruit of your work.

I have one question and have already tried the search button (sorry if I misspelled spell check is not working for some reson.( )
I was wondering if I could use my useless and my LONG dead roto track's spring in my vulcan. (just bought today( )
I was hopeing to increase some range because im only getting some were around 15'' (eye balled it so it may be more or less) with stock
darts and stock internals, and even so the accuracy on it is simply is inatequte.(god that look wrong dam u spell check!( )
I hope that the added power from the spring will improve the accuacy, now befor any one says anything I have been searching in the fourms
for the past three hours and have read many topics about the vulcan and removing the ars is said to not do anything. I will do some
meserments with and without the ars and will post my ranges with the added spring if I do it. my only consern is that the moter (again spell check)
when engaged will not be able to pull it back. So I ask the good peaple of nerf haven will the moter be able to handle the added spring? Thank
