So I noticed the search bar at the topic of the forum index and I thought it'd try it out. It pretty much owns because the newbies won't have to fondle the search parametres, and the search bar isn't on a separate page.
This is just one more reason to bash an idiot for not searching.
Congrats to you, Cx, if you're behind it, or thank god for the version update if it comes standard on the newer version of Invision.
Just thought I'd let everyone know that it was availible and awesome.

Digital Overload 2006

I just felt like asking a general question to you guys about Digital Overload.
I know that alot of you guys read Ctrl-Alt-Del and if you do, you've heard of the Digital Overload LAN party happening this weekend. I'm stoked for going out to game for an entire weekend, I've never done a LAN party before.
It's in Providence RI, and was just wondering if there would be any NHers going to the festivities.

Okay ladies, I've got an announcement to make:
I want to start planning a new Meadowvale Mississauga Nerf Out.
Search up the old topics to find the letter to parents and the newsletter since I can't be bothered to find them on my computer right now.
The date could be sometime this March break, say, Saturday March 18th 2006? I suggest a Saturday just for ease of parents driving you guys around. This is going to be the only weekend that I'm availible for a while.
I don't expect this to be huge, but I'd like to get out and Nerf if the weather is nice and if there are more than 4 people coming.
I hear shouts from Tony, Jeeves, and Forsaken_Angel, and I'll kick Mike in the balls until he says he's coming.
Thoughts, ideas?

So here at NH, we have a good amount people getting suspended per week, and sometimes it's hard to keep up. It's even harder for the new people to know who's active or inactive.
I've seen far too many topics ressurected by new people that were posted by since suspended members. The new people post with an insight or a flame and then get angry when that person doesn't reply.
I think that this needs to stop, and that we need a way of knowing who's been kicked out.
I propose a list of the fallen NH members. I could be a sticky or something, and it would just list the names of everyone suspended within the last two years or something. It would make it easily accessable for the newbies, and perhaps they'd avoid years-old topics if they know that they won't get a reply.
It's just a suggestion, but I think it warrants a thought.
