Return it, return it, return it!

We enthusiasts are not even "a drop in the bucket" of statistical significance. It is far more important that Hasbro learn what's wrong quickly, if something is really wrong with the design.

If we minuscule few were to learn of a specific problem, we would still have to fix ALL of those we acquire. If Hasbro fixes it, then all of the kids who play (less seriously) will benefit and potentially buy more - many more than all of us combined - which will tend to drive the prices down for all, and encourage Hasbro to come up with even more designs.

Return it, return it, return it!

Ok all you guys saying return it . Did you need to keep the order confirmation thing cuz my dad threw it away D: Sooo do i just ship the thing and all it's part back to hasbro?

Open it up, find out what snapped, and see if you can fix it. Your's isn't the first to break; if the same part keeps breaking on a lot of them, it would be nice to know if a certain part needs to be reinforced. Pictures can only help in diagnosing the exact problem. On a related note, what variations does your Vulcan possess? Apparently some have different coloration regarding the carrying handle, the grip, the name "Vulcan EBF-25" written on the side of the barrel, and coming with black or orange foam sonic darts.

Mine the one with black tips and orange darts.. If you want i'll make a video of what the problem is.. and the "Vulcan EBF-25" is in black...
Edit: how do you take out the cocking mechanism???
