Here's a quick simple tip:

I've seen a lot of people drilling the back of their JOLTs out to remove the AR and to my knowledge no one has found this out but there is no need to do this, as I found when removing the AR in mine I accidently broke the glue seal around the back of the JOLT. Believe it or not the back piece on the JOLT can be removed with enough force. Just get a hammer and apply some force and the piece will come apart. The AR can will just fall out and can be easily removed. To replace the piece I used some superglue and it works fine. However you may want to experiment with the seal, possibly to improve ranges, yet I highly doubt it will do much.

Ah, I was working on something similar, except I added a hinge to mine, never finished it though, but I might come back to it at some point.
