There's already some discussion about this in the product awareness thread, page 174. I'm pretty sure by digital camo they mean the same pattern that's on some of the newer nerf guns, like the Raider or Longstrike. I hoghly doubt Nerf has darts that digitally blend with it's surroundings...although invisible darts would be awsome.
