I bet that if enought people work on this idea i'm about to give you, someone will come up with somthing.........
Try putting like a camera flash or disposible flash system in to like a bottle or somthing like that, (hey, there is clear PVC pipe now, right? maybe that.......) you can set the trigger to be like a plastic strip or somthing. or like a egg-timer wired in the circuit so that it can be set off (note: this is just spilling out of my head, so if it sounds crazy, i'm sorry)
So someone take this idea and create a MONSTER!!!!!!!!! haha.

why don't you get a Sony NW-HD1, it's the "iPod killer" they say. It has 20 gigs, 30 hrs of batter life, and any mp3 will work (it will convert it to a Atrac3 file, but thats really easy)
