Gotta agree with Birch here, nothing hurts less than a stefan, but if you want to make a dart cheaper, you absolutely can cap the weights with more FBR. Just be very careful to add glue on top of the weights as well. Worst case scenario, the weight entirely encased in glue will go flying, but won't be as deadly as old school darts with slingshot weights.

I havn't done this in a while, but I might make it. I'll see if I can clear it up with the parents and friends. If I'm able to make it, I will bring anywhere from 1-7 people with me.

Is there any particular reason why you decided to remove the stock trigger valve? Ball valves are very slow to open.
On another note, hot glue should never be used under pressure. It will tear itself apart, and probably take something with it. At the very least, I suggest that you use epoxy.
Also, could you provide some more information on the blaster itself? It appears to be a water gun of some sort, which would explain the large tank, small pump, cap, and the large number of pumps required to build pressure in the tank.
I owned one of these, recently threw it out. It was part of a set that had a water blaster and a glove+handle. The water tank came out, and was replaced by a bottle of silly string that looked like web. It strapped onto your arm, and you pulled the stock trigger down with a spiderman like grip. Was awsome to run around and shoot web like a hero.
The straps it comes with stopped fitting around my arm when I was 6.

Hello Soothsayer. I believe you went on hiatus right as I joined NerfHaven, so I don't know you yet, but I read the threads about you that were posted. I'm glad to hear your doing better!

Actually, to my knowledge, no one has done this before, congrats, I don't really believe it will get 70-80, but getting around 60 from a longstrike is impressive. If we could find a way to get the marker on more securley then this would be a very good mod. good job, and keep up the good work.
