What's that? You ask for some size reference next to a greased up unitard laden gladiator? Sure why not.

Looks like the dart is dipping already and its like a foot out of the gun. From where his eyes were pointing, it looks like he was expecting it to go higher too.

does it look like it has a flip up safety switch at the back above the trigger?

think of it like a paintball marker. they can be fully automatic, but they still use a primer handle to cock back that first shot. might even disengage the belt from the gun. I bet the motor simply pulls back the plunger automatically then fires the shot, and repeat. Maybe the top button runs the motor, and the trigger fires the shot. Simply hold down both, and you got fully auto Nerf furry.

Looks like from this pic, it fires similarly to the longshot. you can see its primer handle.

Also its kinda funny that the guy in the box mockup is an older balding guy.

Would that be a "AR-15 Buttstock Buffer Spring" (CAR) or (Sta.) Also do you have a place to recomend buying one from? Sorry for all the questions, but I figure you would know the most about this stuff.

In Topic: Longshot Bolt Breakage

Yeah, there is only about a 1/4 inch of room when the plunger is fully retracted. By no means is my drawing to scale. I haven't had time to take out all those screws and mess with it again. I'll have to take some measurements and check out the hardware store before this project gets off the ground, but I'm fairly sure I should be able to get it to work. I hope I don’t have to redesign the entire breach structure while I'm in there. Who knows, maybe I'll replace the bolt/plungertube completely.

I'm not actually sure that the barrel does work at its current length, like I said, I only shot it once and I wasn't really paying attention about how it shot on account of the horridly loud breaking noise; but seeing as its only about 3 inches longer than the original gun, I'm confident it will work and hopefully eliminate these spinout problems people are having with overpowered guns. I still have to nest a smaller short barrel into the beginning of that beast to get a better seal on the dart. It's currently a little bit loose. We'll all see what happens when I get it back together, but then again, that test has to wait until I actually can fire the gun again.

If I keep the same distance in the breach as the stock gun had, I should be able to use the full size modified darts that I have made.*

Does anyone know where I could pick up one of these BBB springs, or have an extra one to sell? I haven't seen any of the BBB's anywhere in the stores, and I don’t really want to cannibalize a new gun I have to buy.

*modified taggers with 1/4" slingshot weight.
