A Nerf war here in Florida sounds like a great idea. But as Lancaster was saying, where would it be held? Also, how publicized would it be? Are you going for a huge event or just a small get-together? Either way, I am very interested.

A NERF club at school? Sounds like an ok idea. I guess you'd have to find a teacher willing you let you use their room. And if you were to make it official, I suppose that you'd have to run it by the principal or something. If you can get it started it sound like a pretty good idea. Do you already have a group of people? It would certainly greaten your odds of getting it going. I do see one problem though. It is after all, a gun club, and i know my school's motto is "if it even looks like a gun, your DONE!". But yeah, good luck. I hope it works out for you.

This is my first mod. I dont think i did that bad. A nitefinder ex-3 with the standard internal work done. I put a "Colorific" barrel in rather than a Crayola because thats all i had. Unfortunatly the tube is smaller so i had to sand it down quite a bit on the inside. The dart still is pretty tight in the barrel, but i get about 45 to 50ft. with it banded. The part i like about my mod, is that in the "extra dart holder", i stuck an old mini Maglite (which fit almost perfectly) and a decent laser pointer (i had to widen the hole for that one) to replace the crappy one. Please tell my what ya'll think.

What is a pvc coupler? Is it like a bushing? I've seen this discussed and don't quite understand. Is a coupler used to screw different barrels into a gun?

well lancaster, pvc couplings are double sided female pieces of pvc that you glue the male ends of two pipes into. thus extending the length and making one long pipe.

Of course sting rays are dangerous. That is why you shuffle your feet when your at the beach. Well, in Florida anyways. i guess we only have them here on the Gulf Coast. I never thought he would get killed by a ray though. For some reason i always thought it would be some kind of snake.
