Looking at the pics and the description of how it works, makes it seem like extending the plunger draw, like phillypretzel suggests, is impossible. I do see potential for a pump gun like and at2k or the like to be put in.

I don't know if you have taken the time to test this, but is there an optimal angle to cut it at, or is it more of a preference type thing?

I think it would be cool if you flipped the entire design upside-down, and have a spring fed clip and the loading not unlike a winchester shot gun with the handle on the bottom.
