Sspb Write-up

29 June 2009 - 12:27 AM

So, I recently received a SSPB, courtesy of Coop. As soon as I got it I looked in the Modification Directory to see what’s been done with this gun so far so far. What I saw looked like it wasn't very at all sturdy or clean (no offence), so I did it a different way. On to the write-up.

So here's your stock SSPB:

Next remove the four screws and you should find this:

Now cut the barrel at this point where it first gets thinner:

Now we have to drill this out:

It should look like this when you’re done (I used a dremel for this):

Now cut a small bit a 1/2" PVC like so:

Now wrap one lay of e-tape around this part:

Now glue on like so:

Now cut about three inches of your barrel material (PETG, or Brass (I used17/32 with some PETG-like material on the end)):

Now glue that into the PVC:

Now you've got a sturdy and cleanly modded SSPB! Thanks to Coop for selling me the blaster.
