It may just be my small screen, but I found this very hard to read, scrolling left to right/up and down. Other than that, it's a great mod. Good luck in the contest!

I was afraid of that... It looks fine on my 18incher.
Its a little smaller now, I think.

Not to bust any balls, but with the range turn out, this seems like a complete waste of time and materials.

Not really, i built it from materials that were just laying arround. Thats why I cant really list part numbers and such. And im actually very happy with it, I feel it was worth it. All it needs is some tinkering. I just hope it will inspire someone to try and make something even better.

Also in the beginning of the mod you said that instead of pushing it to prime you pull it. It may just be me but
to prime the BBB you pull it back and then it's primed. Do you mean just the motion of pushing it back in and
then pulling it out again, or was it just a typo?

In a normal bbb, the plunger tube is moved forward as the forgrip is moved forward. this forward motion is what compresses the spring. I made it so that the spring compresses as the plunger moves back.

So this primes similar to the niterecon or a bastardization of the longshot right? The plunger tube is what physically moves, and moves the plunger rod with it right?

Exactly, then once the plunger rod catches, you move the plunger itself back forward.

Very unique, but very complex. The material requirements are out of the league of most people, unfortunately, which may be the only bad thing about this mod.

I could actually rebuild this using a dremal... It just wouldnt be as clean.

Use a drill press to bore out the center of the plunger rod and do what zorn did to his, it works great. (when it ain't broke!)

Way ahead of you.

I am assuming you plan on rigging one of the two other triggers to the firing pin?

The Airtech will be fired with the front trigger.

Sweet, now wheres the pump go? Top rail?

I’m still debating. It will definitely not be on the top rail. I’m thinking either along the bottom like what jerm78 showed on the previous page, or along the bottom of the handle.

Anyways, more updates like I promised.

I replaced the coupler with something a little more sturdy.

I screwed that into the side to relieve some stress.

It's on both sides.
