Hello people of NerfHaven,
I am a beginner in modding nerf guns and I was playing with the internals of my vulcan. When I closed it up (I didnt really change any of the internals) and started it, it started to make a clicking sound when I pulled the trigger. I double checked it was on and everything was going well, exept that I can't fully pull the cocking lever and the feeder of the chain was not moving. Then, after a few blank shots it would stop working. Please reply if you think or know the answer to this problem. Thanks for your time.

I had this problem also

Right above the motor/ gridboard there should be a piece that looks like this

---------

Push that in the direction of the cocking handle until it clicks into place ,it should work now

Thanks! That really helped me!!!

Yep. Curiosity has gotten the best of me.

Back to the vulcan problem. I'll open the gun this weekend and I will report back to this forum.
Thanks for the ideas!

I got to purple belt in Kenpo, then I got an orange belt in another school that I switched to because I liked it better. I don't do it anymore, but it was fun.

Since I'm already here... my theory is that you got the wires tangled with rotational mech and thats why it won't shoot, because the chain is not lined up with the plunger. But ask anyways, since I don't have my Vulcan at the moment(sweet christmas present dad! Fucking old prick) I can't tell you exactly what might be going on.

Ok.. Thanks! ;)

There are many Vulcan problem threads already, I think it would have been a lot easier to just post your question there.

Oh, thanks. I'll try to research about that.
