HAVING OUR TEAM GET RUSHED BY SLAYER AND PRACTICALLY WIPED OUT...

so ahem!!!!! heres my highlights fellow nerfers!

- actually getting 1 member from Narf who hasnt nerfed in ages to show up (Jade), Jade you're awesome
- riding in T.O.N.Y.s van aka. the tour bus while listening to a 1920's jazz mix plus mr. frankenwrieter
- Pulling the "Han Solo manuever", thats right, falcon and I decided to charge a bunch of people, i dunno if he was yelling or not but i was screaming at the top of my lungs while charging at 5 ppl methinks who started to make a break for it right when they saw us. we chased them from one corner of the map to the other. Just like star wars he he he
- for the record im bad with names, but im stoked i shot someone in the cheek
- getting shot point blanc during a necrocide
- the awesome success of said "paperclip sight", when somebody asked me if it worked and i shot someone in the foot replying "apparently...lol."
- me and cannonball trying to pick off "that little dude" who taunted us relentlessly and then tony shows up outta nowhere and nails him like nothing.
- having to play director during the photo shoot
-seeing jade sport "shtinky" with pure awesomeness worthy of the Shwa archives

- seeing tony get so pissed when he almost scored a bounce hit on me.
- its crazy but for some odd reason when i yell "i got you covered" while seeing someone charge at a teamate, i actually score a hit on said charger,,,awesome possum!
- actually getting to hang out with the S.O.F. crew alltogether
- playing at Ole park god knows what, brings back memories of my 4k
- shooting tristan in the face only to realize that i left him with a nice parting bruise
- having the enemy ctf team assault our base only to realize we had no idea where i flag was...
- having all the other younger nerfer's complain that ive shot them in the neck lol.
- having bags waltz all the way to our base only to point out he made it that far and nobody has shot him yet.
- doing a pointless vulcan charge only to have the damn thing jam on me...lol
my obsaervation concludes that the vulcan is probably not the best thing to haul around during a rush
- nicknaming the guy who brought the chain guns "Vulcan Raven" [for all you MGS fans]
- having a alamo session behind the bench while recieving a hail of darts only to realize im fending off about 4 ppl
- seeing bags scream " i have the high ground!"
- getting rushed in the jungle gym only to get stuck in the slide and get barrel tapped
- having the most awesome sleepytime in tony's van
- seeing falcon have ProTools on his pc. or whas it mac?
- having that SoCal first of bringin more ppl than blacknights...
- being aquianted with el guapo!


ok heres my cons, not many but a few pointers....

- getting sniped by a blowgun from the trash gate...thats a great hiding spot
- telling everybody to fall back during necrocide..my bad..
- having my barrel fall off every now and then when i fire my gun lol....
- having to play Sarge during CTF...yeah i like flyin solo but its hard to coordinate a defense when nobody knows where our flag is..lol.
- seeing tony lose his primary.
- hurting my neck for some odd reason
- chargin at the ctf base and having my barrel fall down + getting chased down by tristans dad and almost getting shot in the face by bags




dude overall i had a blast and would like to thank everyone who showed and had fun!
It was great seeing a bunch of new faces and some old ones.
Cant wait to see you all again so rock on y'all!
i need to hang out on these forums more often..laterz

Hmm...well i tried strapping my cam but the problem is strapping it to a nightfinder proved lame kuz i needed a ruler to actualy get the un on camera BUT the ruler would actually cover the gun...so that was lame...Im gonna see BAGS today and hope to run some tests with a larger gun (and post war footage for once)...So we'll see.
Some of my other tests indicate that Foam Darts on consumer camera footage actually show up for only four frames but my shutter speed is consumer speed so...on my school cams it should show up better.
Ill let you guys know when i post the test...thx

I'm finally back in the Haven....woooo...
February YANO was FREAKIN AWESOME. I have the pics ready but theres a glitch im trying to work out and i guess it be readty soon
so more war stories from the PILZ side of things

Right when we started Hubbard shot me in the face lol. My respects...never underestimated Hubbard (typo?)
Cheese Boy apparently shot me while i was holding the Fort...yeah i didnt feel it but i guess if three people are confirming a hit, then im out. lol. (i also didnt want to be a dooshbag)...nice shot cheese...That theatre entrance was a hell of a place to defend which is fair game for both sides.
Another highlight was the lethal ass shot.
Falcon has that reputation to hide well behind trees but this time his buttox was his achilies heel lol.
Yeah his ass was sticking out so shooting his was Effeminate.

After that round, Falcon and Bags rushed me while i was holding up behind a hedge. I noticed Adam shot Falcon and Bags flanked me on the right. The minute he got a clear shot his gun jammed and I took him out. Small blessing if you ask me. No credit on my part ...lolerskates.

anywho it was all good nerfing that spot.
The second joint with a balcony and everything was uber tricky. Shelley initiaded herself as a volatile markswoman the minute she shot me from an shockin distance. I hit bags twice which led to the somtin like "you'e not supposed to be shooting this good" (or somtin like that )
That level took nerfin on a vertical level which adds death from above.

After all that jazz we relocated to said park which i forgot the name.
Like bags said....it was pretty much Patriot style fighting...
Fire and maneuver....
So the highlight of that was that two things
Bags was rambling on about sumtin i cant remeber so I just took a shot at him. lol.
He knew it was coming too lolol.
By all means the only person to ever get me frustrated in terms of accuracy is Falcon.
Boy can he sport a manta ray...gets on my nerves you know..lol. I fire, he block, I fire he blocks


But yeah Falcon inspires me to reload way faster....like 3 seconds per dart...
The maximizer is a great spring shot but its REAL tricky reload at a decent speed.
I treat it like a musket pretty much.
(avg. 5 seconds per shot)


after the wilderness fight...

what was left of the crew hit up Gtown and gathered the few from Falcons clan and duked it out at GLendora High.
I was pretty stoked of the fact that we made it a NARF vs. Black Nights battle or in short
Me and Bags versus the other three.
Bags had a nu gun of foamy doom which gave us a vantage due to being a lil bit outnumbered.
So as we fought , Bags and I actually managed to hold em off. In one rush Worsley caught me reloading and i ran around this huge pillar. He tries to sneak around the other side to shoot me but i had already reloaded fast enough and shot him point blank.
I dont remeber the rest much but it came down to me versus one of the other knights.
We wound up in loser situation (which almost led to necrocide) where we both were behind bushes and waited ( a long time!) come out. I thought i was gonna get hit. HE had the vantage of having the school light pointed at my face while he gets the darkness.
Finally! i chased him down and got him to waist a shot from his primary and conviced him to drop his weapon [no teabagging tho...sniff ]....(a maximizer vs. a nightfinder? please....lol.)
So yeah we won. Freakin shweet.
Good times.

i got more footage from Yano sessions as well but am gonna take nerf film hardcore.
so i wanna say thanks for running, dodgin , getting shot in the face, getting humiliated by the nerf ball, a lots of other crazy stuff. Shatterstone Studios will start makin DVDs when i finish my tv news job.
