So, I went on vacation to see some of my relatives in Virginia. I brought up the topic of nerf guns to my aunt, and she thought she had a crossbow left over from her sons. Needless to say, it was a crossbow, but not of the "nerfy" variety.
She did have a warthog though.

At first, I noticed that the catch would not engage, leading me to believe the trigger catch was broken... It wasn't. Really, the trigger catch was missing, as well as the catch spring and the plunger spring.
I addition. the piece which "connects" the plunger to the (nonexistant) plunger spring was broken.

I'll buy replacement parts, if anyone's willing to sell them. But if no one has said parts for sale, is there anything I can do to repair this beast?
