it hold 12 shells now, which is far more practical. not that its a particularly pratical gun in the first place.  

i ended up using two ebay wrist dart holders. i slit each dart holder to create a big enough elastic band to hold the shells, wrapped them around the main body, and used a few dots of super glue to hold it in place. 

the two local tracks are DCTC, dakota county technical college, and BIR, brainard international raceway. next summer i plan to make the trek out to road america, ive been there before several times to watch racing, but never driven it myself. its a beautiful facility. i also do some ice autocross/track work. 

i do autocross, and HPDE, and instruct for both. im working on getting my SCCA race license, because i want to start wheel to wheel racing in like spec miata or spec 944.i just bought a truck, and this spring am buying a trailer, cause not driving your car to and from the track is like WAY better. 


the spyder is pretty trick. i swapped in the 2zz-ge from the celica GTS and lotus elise. its running some double adjustable koni 8611 coilovers, LSD, oil cooler, 4 point roll bar, hoosiers on 15x9s, stoptech brakes. im in the middle of a clutch replacement, and i plan to install a bigger radiator, full poly bushings, respring the front en and put on carbotechs.

i also do cross country road trips in a 30 year old german sports car, which end up like top gear special more often than not (the whole building cars thing helps out a lot):
