Here is my Nerf Vault Tec R91 Assault Rifle. A stock stryfe with many aesthetic add-ons.I would have just made a realistic G3/CETME rifle but the gun had to be colorful for use in HVZ and other games which limited my options. I have never tried making something like this so a lot of it was by trial and error. The main tools used were a box cutter knife, sand paper and glue. I hand carved the stock, handguard and the rear sight from wood.I also filed down the trigger, rails, digital designs for a realistic look and added a faux bolt assembly that has a spring inside and the bolt can lock back and spring forward just like on a real hk gun.
