If you don't want them to be great you can find small puff balls and put them on or buy a pig sheet of really heavy foam, or you could just use them for springers or air powered blasters

I recommend the buzzbee air warriors s-n-i-p-e. you can really pump that gun up, and as long as rate of fire doesn't matter to you can really pump up the spring without breaking the gun (no reinforcements needed). there are basicly no tutorials on the subject but it is pretty easy to open up and mod. also just a heads up, the blue thing on the handle of the gun must be removed because there are 2 screws under it. by the way i said s-n-i-p-e because if you dont put the dashes it changes the word to eat shit for some reason no idea why.

It looks like a lock from the retaliator, i've never opened a rampage so this is just a guess, but it defiantly looks like a lock. try putting in a few screws so that it holds together and try firing it. if it doesn't work, than it's not a lock.

I am sorry if i seem like a noob for this but would i be correct in thinking that you need to adhere the stalk on. From what i see in the pictures it doesn't seem like it would fit tight enough to just keep on. 

Honestly I think that it would be possible to do that with a minimized rayven. Maybe just cut off the back of a rayven rewire it then maybe put a small hopper on it. That should make it reasonably functional and pretty accurate to the buster shot's design.
