Hey guys need some help with these darts. I looked around for threads having to do with this and managed to pick up miscellaneous bits of info about "Voberry darts" (sorry I'm new to this kind of stuff) , but I need to make sure that these are NOT in fact vinyl jacketed darts (solid tipped).
