Just dropping by to say I will NOT be attending. I've been pretty out of the nerf scene lately, and I really don't think I'd be able to get a ride(it's a good 6+ hour drive). Maybe next time....but if not, I'll at least try to get to the next DCNO.
It's a long drive for me, so I'll have to talk it over with my parents. I might just be able to get a ride with NerfMonkey. I'll let you know as soon as I find anything out.
Well, I know for a fact that NerfMonkey is in Las Vegas. He left this morning. You don't have to believe me, but I really doubt that was him making those threads.
I recently singled one of mine, and had the same problem as you. What I did was take a hacksaw, and cut off both sides of the "crossbar" as close to the "bar" as I could. The bar was then thin enough for me to pull and twist it to get it and the turret off the airtank. Hope that helps.
Both the Crossbow and BBB are very nice. I need to pick up some of this paint! Just curious, about how much is it per can? Once again, great job on both guns!
