These darts are commonly referred to as "China darts" or FVJs. They fly more accurately, but due to their increased weight, with less velocity. However, this does not necessarily mean less range due to momentum and such. (I'm no physicist)

If the seller is using the darts shown in the pictures, then those are Voberry darts. Safe to go. Someone else should confirm though, I've never ordered from this seller.

I have bought both the normal blue Voberry darts and the white "Globerry" if you will. I highly suggest the white glow ones, they're great. Blue ones are okay too, but white is better to find IMO.What about these. They seem to be about the same price. And they glow! I'm looking to cheaply buy a lot of darts for a big nerf war and having them glow would make it easier to find them all.

These are known as Voberry darts around here. They are indeed a hollow rubber tip and are quite similar to Elite darts.
