I'm running my stock demolisher on 3 14500 IMRs. If it revs for more than 3 seconds, it gets crazy loud and starts smelling like smoke. Is this supposed to happen? Will my motors burn out? What is the suggested setup?
I just finished putting some low(er) resistance wiring into my stryfe. I haven't replaced the motors and I've kept the stock switches. I was wondering what the best battery for this blaster would be.
But I thought a LiPo would be a little bit too much on the stock motors. I've also considered IMRs, but I wouldn't know how many to use. I don't want to use fire batteries because of safety and performance issues. Thoughts?
