I have had no problems with just "throwing them into a bin". But, whatever works for you. I like to seperate my darts by type, and I have every nerf dart type from the old dart tag onward. I store the smaller quantities in ziploc bags, and the larger in shoeboxes. I do think it would be neat to store them in some sort of a hoppered bench-loading system to load clips super fast, but that doesn't seem worth the effort.

I have no idea, as I have not done this before. But, more spring power has usually improved performance for me.

The spring that racer188 mentions is at http://www.orangemod...ct_p/spg-u4.htm . Looking at other mods, even if they don't do what you want for the final product, have great info.

I believe that the [k26] may be too large, however I cannot confirm this, not having that blaster myself. The dimensions on the [k26] I have are about 11/16 " ID, 13/16 " OD. Either way, it would be a close fit. The OD of 1/2 " PVC pipe is very similar to the [k26], and so you could check with that if you have some around.

I really like my Buzz Bee Air Max Baron. I put brass barrels on it for elite darts and now it shoots a good, straight distance, but is not hard-hitting. If you are looking for a homemade, I would suggest the Snapbow Mk. V (http://nerfhaven.com...w-mk-v-revised/). It has a lot of power, actually a little too much for me.
