What is this blaster?

Hello,
I was on eBay today looking for cheap darts when all of a sudden I came across this
It seems to be a bigbadbow spin off that shoots micro darts. It's name says "Elite Super blaster" or "s n i p e r blaster". It's a bit hard to tell because of how blurry it is. If you know what it is and where I could purchase on please let me know, because I'm having no luck.

I found it at goodwill, the company is Just Toys NYNY and the year is 1997. Help would be much appreciated.
