Centurion has too many power-weaken design which need to be repired. Should you consider to block those air-leakage holes and replace a stronger spring? It should get better performance.

It happens sometimes. Everyone slips up at some point on topic dates eventually. Also, since you are in China, I don't think McMaster Carr ships there, so I would try 32 mm pvc wrapped in e tape or packing tape, since the id of the PT in mm is ~33.2 while 32 mm pvc has a od of ~32.3

Thanks to your recommendation. As lacking of those materials, I've chosen a direct way that forced open the PT at the stuck position using flathead screwdriver knocked by hammer. But with this, the original spring also couldn't be taken becasue the plunger was stuck deadly as the same.
Fortunately, there was a DIY strong spring copy from Recon CS-6, I attached it outside the original spring. After reassembled, the fire power had been greatly improved with multiple injuries on my fingers (wry smile) during the procedure of PT opening.
Yesterday, when discussing with fridends, your recommendation was accepted with him. After saw my injuries, he believed that your method should be the better choice than mine(laugh).

I'm planning to replace the centurion spring, but the PT disassembling has been made me puzzled for a long time...
Your thread must be greatly helpful for this modding process. I think it will soon be modification successfully.
And please forgive me for my poor English, after all, my mother tongue isn't it and i'm not living in English country...
This thread is almost a month old now, which is known as a necro. Doing that will make the admins angry at you. However, I am sure there are others who would want to know, so here is what I did:
1. Remove plunger and breech assembly
2. Pull breech and plunger tube to compress spring
3. Hold it up to light source to see where plunger head and weird piece of plastic (the piece with one screw and solvent welded in) ends inside the PT
4. Make mark halfway between those two things and cut with tubing cutters
It may not seem like a good idea at first, but I had a random piece of polycarb tube that fit inside the PT perfectly but not the solvent welded piece, so I used a couple of 1/4 inch set screws to make the plunger tube easily taken apart. There are 4 in the front and back that go through the plunger tube and the polycarb tube. You can remove the spring and plunger head by unscrewing the single screw inside plunger rod and plunger head.

Would you please tell how to disassemble the plunger tube? Till now, no tutorials (forums and youtube) show the proccess.
So, I recently decided to get the plunger tube apart, just to get internal measurements for myself and everyone else out there. I do not have any pictures, because I am a complete noob with uploading pictures. I will try to get pictures later, but for now, measurements! All measurements are in inch form.
Plunger tube od: 1.512 (Exact same as 1 3/8, 1 1/2 inch polycarb tube)
Plunger tube id: 1.310 (^ polycarb tube has a id of 1.37^)
Spring id: 0.836
Spring od: 0.949
Spring wore dia.:0.062
Spring coils: 20
Spring length: 8.7
Plunger rod od: 0.798
If there are any other measurements wanted, post them here and I will update this post
