This is my Javelin Mk.1 nerf cannon prototype, it is not yet 100% complete. It is the most basic and simple homemade that can be built in my opinion. The simplicity allows a great level of reliability. The purpose of the blaster is to engage opponents when it is not effective to do so with one's primary blaster. This blaster is not a primary, it is meant to be slung on one's back once I get a sling for it.

The operation is very simple.
Make sure the valves are shut tight first. An air hose is fitted to the brass adaptor fitting. The input valve is then opened to allow the air tank to fill. Then the valve is closed once the tank is full, and the hose is disconnected. The Blaster is now ready to be loaded. Once the blaster is loaded, place an end cap on the muzzle to keep the darts from falling out.

When you wish to fire the blaster remove the muzzle cap, aim the cannon at where you wish to shoot, and rapidly open the trigger valve.
