Judging by the way you're typing your posts, I'm not too sure that you should be allowed to have anything stronger than a modded reverse-plunger.
...but in all seriousness, if you're just starting, look into the SNAPbow design, as the parts are cheap (PVC and other bits and pieces), and it's fairly simple to make.
If you can drop a few extra bucks, and have good access to tools and supplies, the +Bow by CaptainSlug is incredible.
