If there are any 'scratches' in the barrel/breech or plunger tube, however minute, air can escape through them. I don't mean scratches straight through the plunger tube or barrel/breech but enough that air escapes 'around' the dart or behind the plunger head.
Your pistols don't have as long a plunger tube or barrel as your primaries so there is less chance of creating scratches when using a drill or screw driver.
If it's not scratches then it's probably your dart tooth.
You know what, there ARE slight scratches in the barrel. If I shine a light at an angle or something i see them. And I've made sure my dart tooth is fine. Thanks for the help, i'll try and think of something so I don't have to make a whole new breech.

There are many, many reasons this could be happening. That it seems to be happening to all the blasters you perform this mod to makes me believe that it's your method.
How are you removing the AR's?
With what tool(s)?
Your method, in most likelihood, is damaging the plunger tube walls or barrels/breech. In other words, you've probably scratched up the walls in such a way that the seals are no longer adequate. If this is the case, then there is nothing you can do except buy new blasters or replace the internals (too hard for your skill level at the moment).
Or you simply may have not put the blaster back together properly. If you haven't put the dart tooth back in properly (it's not a lock) then your darts aren't getting pushed back into the breech.
Well, I use a drill and possibly a screwdriver depending on the gun. My seals are still good, and I don't really touch the plungers when I do this. The barrel fit is still nice and I don't seem to be scratching that up to the point it's loose or anything. Another thing I don't think i emphasized enough in my original post was it only happened to my primarys. Things such as my Strikefire, Maverick, Nitefinder, and stuff have all greatly benefited from this.
